Prompt service.

A little different than usual. First time asking for a charge to diagnose the car, never before. Excessive recommendations for part replacement, which is typical of car service and dealerships, but first time I see with these guys. Very important to have a sense of trust in your mechanics and that they give you an honest assessment, not try to overcharge and do excessive unnecessary work. A bit disappointed this time around.

Overall excellent friendly service that was way faster and way cheaper than I expected. Highly recommend unless something breaks in the meantime. I will update review if that happens, but everything seems great right now.

The tire service person (Ravi) is rude and unprofessional. Firstly, I had an appointment for tire replacement with them. When I arrived they said it will take an hour to replace 2 tires. But in fact it took even longer - I had to wait there for the whole 2 hours (that's with an appointment and only 2 tires)! Secondly, after tire replacement my gas consumption increased significantly. When I came back to Ravi and told about this his answer was very agressive and rude. He told that I don't understand anything and that tires cannot affect the gas consumption. The only think he could offer to me was to measure the tire pressure.

I needed a smog check for registration. These guys were fast and professional. I will use them again.
