I walked into this shell location to inquire about getting a fog certificate for my car. I was amazed that the wonderful service given since I did not have an appointment to get my car certified for the DMV for certificate. They need a job quickly and I was on my way. Excellent service.

Went to Palo Alto Shell with leaking wiper fluid. They examined my car within minutes and found a rodents nest in my engine. They were sympathetic, timely, and very thorough. I felt like they really cared about me and my car despite how busy they were. I would recommend them very highly.
