I had the team at Palo Alto Shell mount my snow tires and rims and recently take them off and put on the original wheels for the summer time. I am impressed with how professional, clean, well mannered and generally nice everyone is here. From the mechanics to the cashier everyone was very nice and the whole place is super clean. Not to mention their price for gas is reason able too! Highly recommend using the station for you mechanic needs and gas if you are local.

The web site was helpful in explaining what a STAR smog check was. So I arranged an 8 AM appointment (the earliest available) — straightforward. However, I was expecting that an appointment meant that the smog check could be done while I waited; not so — I had to come back 90 minutes later. The cost was good (under $50), but I didn't get a certificate because my vehicle failed the NO tests.

Palo Alto Shell does an incredible job taking Cate if our Audi and Honda. After taking our cars to DM Motors for years, we are consistently impressed with the level of service and care.

Received great Shell Service Performances in Conventional oil & filter change with vehicle inspection & top off fluids. With 27 repair order notes found during Service performance. Secondly, alignment of the left and right front wheels by measurements of the Total Toe , Steer Ahead, Thrust Angle in alignment degrees of both wheels. The time was as promised when the services were done. The car drives like a Amaryllis Pulp flower. Great job, well done , technician and staff.
