AMAZING service! Besides superb service staff was extremely accommodating and considerate to my situation and dropped the car to me at my request! 5 stars all the way!!!

Super easy to get five stars at a gas station. You dispense gas then you pay. Not at this place though. Computers aren't working on the pump. The Indian guy at the counter talks down to you like you're moron. I'll get my gas somewhere else thank you!

Palo Alto Shell squeezed a smog check appointment in for me at the end of the day. While they said it would take 30min, the smog check was completed in 20min. Everyone was courteous.

The wheels installation is good. The tires can be packed in the car more neat and in a wrappings, now I have dirty interior.

As usual, the service is excellent, and always within the parameters of the estimate. I am always very happy with my whole experience when coming to Palo Alto Shell - the staff are helpful and very courteous! Your mechanics are excellent!

Ravi and his fabulous team did it again. This is the second time I have been in the car and wondered if I would make it home. While I was pumping gas, Ravi checked the engine, cleared the warnings, and diagnosed--within a few minutes and at no charge. I brought the car in later that week to be serviced. At some point I will leave California and the team at Palo Alto Shell will be one of a handful of things I will miss.

Smog check is quick and on time. No waiting room. Had to stay outside to wait.
