great service for tire installation. price was almost 300 dollars cheaper for a set of 4 tires for my f150 than another nearby business.

It was a routine car inspection as well as oil change, but it was done professionally and with a short turnaround time for such a quality service.

Took my car in for an oil change as I needed a star station. Told me it would be a half hour and it was, with no wait. Friendly service from everyone I spoke to. I heartily recommend this garage.

They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice for a smog test for my 1997 van. The smog test was done within an hour and the service was friendly and professional.

I received fantastic service from Palo Alto Shell. My car broke down while I was filling gas at 1AM because of a faulty battery and the night manager helped me physically push it into a parking spot to be looked at in the morning. The next day, I received text messages from the mechanic about the costs and problems with my car and agreed upon what needed to be done. The repair was completed that day itself.
