I brought my for Toyota 4Runner to have the valve cover gasket replaced in order to pass a smog check and they ended up telling me that I needed so many different things because if I didn't do it then this would go wrong then this would go wrong. And that racked up a bill of over $3,000. Now my vehicle has been in the shop for almost two and a half weeks and now they're telling me that they want to do an oil change when I had an oil change already done recently and I don't need any more work anymore racking up of a fuckin bill. Ravi agreed to give me a AAA discount but that's still not helping because a lot of the things that were done to my vehicle were not necessary and my dumb boyfriend agreed to now for me to pay for this I had to pay my boyfriend he ask for a loan from the bank so I can get my vehicle out of the shop. This has been one of the worst experiences since I've owned a vehicle. I will never again go back to the shop. Ravi has also been very rude and made me feel like I'm pretty stupid. The cost of the maintenance that they do has not even been reasonable. And I say that because a lot of the maintenance that they did was not necessary. Good luck to those people that have money growing on trees and don't know how to take care of their own vehicle and instead decide to have someone else just do the work and them pay. At this point I really feel that it might be a sexist thing because I am a female.
