#Palo_Alto_Shell in 2200 El Camino Real, Palo Alto Palo do not honor their SMOG Check Coupon of $28.50 for 2000 & Newer vehicle the second time in 4 years! This is the worst auto shop I have ever see in my whole life. Don't use this shop for any services period!

I would have given it a 5 star if the person on the store counter was friendly but he was pretty abrupt when I asked him a question. Otherwise, the place was clean, efficient and service was good.
