Ravi/Shell is trustworthy, responsive, and a perfectionist. Ravi explained the work that needed to be done and prioritized work that could wait. He was efficient; he worked around my crazy schedule, and fairly priced.

This station has it all figured out. They are doing a superb job of serving their customers safely and efficiently. I went in this morning for a smog test. I had requested an appointment online an they contacted me within a few hours with my appointment time. I waited less than 5 minutes. They have figured out how to do everything without touching. They sent me the estimate and authorization by text to my phone. I drove to the ramp, got out and they took over. It took 15 minutes, they sprayed the inside of the car with disinfectant-a power sprayer!! They texted me the invoice and I paid on my phone. I was so pleased I will probably get my oil change abs air filter there too!

I have been taking my car to Palo Alto Shell for service for several years now and they are always a pleasure to work with. They give me a realistic time-frame for when I can expect work to be done, and contact me promptly for pickup. It's also really convenient because you can pick up your car 24/7 by going to the cashier at the Shell station.
