Palo Alto Shell was super fast and accommodating. I called them in the AM and they had a spot open in the PM same day with 30 min. window to get there. They had social distancing measures in place and sanitized the driver's side of the car before performing smog check. Quote for job was sent to me via text and easy to approve so there was no question how much it would cost. Estimated time to complete was 30 min and they did it in 20. Retrieved paperwork and paid inside. They have PayPal option which you can set up before coming if you want to completely avoid paying on-site. With coupon, smog check was significantly discounted, which is a huge help during these difficult times. All in all, would recommend.

Excellent service as always. Had both cars SMOG tested this week, they have setup a very safe environment, no touch, disinfecting the cars upon completion. Their new SMS system is very clever also - text to approve service, text when complete, Apple Pay at checkout - I had been putting this off due to COVID, glad I got it done.

Their service ervice is prompt, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced.

We needed to have a car battery charged - an interior light was left on overnight so the car was dead in the morning (Saturday). We greatly appreciated that this Shell station was open and they immediately got on the issued and had me back up and running after the battery was recharged.
