Very efficient and professional

Don't do routine repairs there so I can't review them on that. However, I needed to get a current SMOG check run. I made an appointment and brought in my paperwork plus their newspaper ad for $30 off. They took me on time. I took a 30 minute walk. Work was completed and they certainly gave me the good price. I am satisfied with this transaction.

Clear, honest, and excellent explanations of work to be performed and whether it's optional or not. Was actually given recommendations on how to save money. Work done quickly and on time. Best communication of any mechanics I've worked with - which I've been doing for over 40 years in three different states.

There service was fast, however they charge outrageous fees on top of their services. I was charged $10.99/each for 5 lug nuts they said were stripped on the same wheel. I was a little surprised to hear all of them were stripped on the same wheel. When I advised them that the entire lug net set cost $14 at autozone, they just shrugged and said "sorry, these are our prices". Didn't have many options since the vehicle was up on a lift and all four tires were off.
