Received a fair quote. Job well done and on time. Overall very satisfied.

I used the online appointment scheduler to set up my appointment, and arrived on time: 3:OOpm Saturday. Staffing in the garage was light that day. Even with that, I was checked-in within about 5 minutes after showing the discount coupon on my phone. I waited on the bench provided to customers for my test to be completed. I had been told about 25 minutes, but it took only between 15-20 minutes. Couldn't ask for more! Very efficient in all regards.

I went to do wheel alignment. They performed only half the job. Throughout I felt intimidated physically by Ravi K. the chief technician. Although I live in the neighborhood I will never come again.

Really great service. Let's face it. Some times, things are more complicated than expected. This was a warrantee service for an air conditioning issue. Warrantees aren't always all they're cracked up to be, but the team at Palo Alto Shell stepped up immediately, and worked the problem to resolution, quickly & efficiently. I couldn't be happier knowing there is a shop nearby that I can trust.

I have a 66 Mustang that had been worked on for years by different shops. Palo Alto Shell did a great job of correcting all the little mistakes that had been made over the years by others. The people at Palo Alto Shell really know old cars !
