Ravi/Shell is trustworthy, responsive, and a perfectionist. Ravi explained the work that needed to be done and prioritized work that could wait. He was efficient; he worked around my crazy schedule, and fairly priced.
The folks at Palo Alto Shell made getting a smog check easy and safe. The check-in and check-out process were completely contactless and they finished when they promised. Really nice people and a convenient location!
