Recently had my 2012 Prius smog checked at the Shell station. Made the appointment online for 10 am; also found a coupon for $30 off in local paper. Arrived 10 minutes early, all employees wearing masks and distancing appropriately. they took my vehicle in a couple minutes early, and completed smog test within 20 minutes. Paid and was on my way,. All personnel pleasant and professional.

Went for two pre-purchase inspections. Ravi and his crew are knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated their system that included print-outs with photos and graphs of what needed to be dealt with. I hope I don't have a problem with the car I ended up buying, but if I do, i'm definitely going to Palo Alto Shell!
