there have been a lot of reviews about Ravi and his customer service. I cannot speak to those, or for thsoe that made the review. I can only speak of my experience with him. He was the consummate professional. Always treated me with resoect and called back when he said he would. Also the work him and his shop do is amazing.

I am happy with how quickly they worked (car was returned on the same day). The option to pick up the car anytime is really convenient.
