Needed to get my Tesla's new tires realigned. Would have had to take it to Santa Clara for a weekday appointment. At PA Shell, it was easy to make a weekend appointment. Staff was very polite and attentive. Told me what time alignment would be done and texted me at that time that it was ready. Checkout and payment was fast and smooth. Definitely will use this service station again!

For some reason, DMV keeps sending me to a “Star” station for smog. Palo Alto Shell conveniently offers appointments on their website. They also have a nice discount coupon. When you arrive, don’t expect warm and fuzzy; they’re busy and it’s all business. But the job gets done, the DMV is happy, and it’s all ok until the next time. BTW: You can get a great lunch or snack at the new grocery about half a block north up ECL.
