My family comes to Palo Alto Shell for every oil change and service because we get fast, reasonable quotes, excellent communication (detailed inspection reports with pictures and proactive text message update), and great customer service every time (Ravi is so patient and helpful with my questions). Highly recommend.

Needed to get my Tesla's new tires realigned. Would have had to take it to Santa Clara for a weekday appointment. At PA Shell, it was easy to make a weekend appointment. Staff was very polite and attentive. Told me what time alignment would be done and texted me at that time that it was ready. Checkout and payment was fast and smooth. Definitely will use this service station again!
