Had a great experience. Was just a smog check but they were able to get to it right away and completed it on time as promised. Also the price seemed fair, Thank You!

I got my car aligned. Unfortunately, when it was returned to me, the car still drifted to the right. No explanation was given for why the car alignment was not complete. I was also told the alignment would take an hour, but it took slightly over 2 hours. This was an inconvenience, and it should have been easy to avoid.

This was my first time to Palo Alto Shell and I will definitely be back. They were very efficient, courteous, and helpful.

I had a flat tire. So after checking out reviews from yelp, i went to the place. They were quick, helpful and tried to identify the lead (although they couldn't find it). So they just replaced the spare for the original tire (hopefully it doesn't leak again) and it cost 15$. Hence was satisfied overall

Overall good service. Labor cost seems a little high at $120/hr. They found the problem and took care of it, and were responsive to my questions.

It's not first time that they help me with my car.I'm really happy.If my car again need help, I go only back to Palo Alto Shell. I recommend this place to my friends.
