The smog technician was professional and courteous. I have a 1998 wagon and the DMV required a Star Certified Smog Check station. It took about 3 hours, but my car passed smog.

I noticed a rattling sound in the engine of my 2007 Toyota Camry and drove it to their service center. Even though they looked busy, someone immediately came to the car, did an initial evaluation of where the problem might be and then recommended that they do a full diagnostic for the problem that would take $70. Their analysis was accurate (engine problem !!) and were very helpful in co-ordinating with the Towing service to get the car sent to the dealership for further repairs.
