This auto shop is the best I've ever experienced. I have used the Palo Alto Shell Gas for all our tire replacements, brake light replacements, wiper blade replacements, and oil changes. Ravi is super knowledgeable and efficient and the prices are competitive. Their communication system is great, would highly recommend.

The dreaded engine light came on. Ravi at Palo Alto Shell diagnosed the problem (with a detailed email and estimate) and fixed the problem. Critters had nibbled the wires, a common problem on my neighborhood. An online coupon was honored. Ravi and all were professional and pleasant throughout, and I appreciate their expertise.
